Jazz Composer Gregg Hill Celebrates Release of His Newest Book "Spontaneity" with 2 Shows in April!


Composer Gregg Hill takes his music to the street with two shows in East Lansing, MI April 9th and 23rd 2017. Each show will feature special renowned artists and tunes from two books “Spontaneity” and “Outrospectives”


Show #1

“Tone Colors”: Sunday, April 9th at 2pm
Where: MSU Community Music School

4930 Hagadorn Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823

Featured Artists: Elden Kelly, Ron Newman and Rodney Whitaker



Show #2

“The Door is Open” Sunday April 23rd at 2pm
Where: MSU Community Music School, 4930 Hagadorn Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823
Featured Artists: Arlene McDaniel, Carl Cafagna, Mike Eyia and Jim Alfredson.


Mark your your calendar for two amazing jazz shows celebrating local jazz composer Gregg Hill’s release of his latest book “Spontaneity”. Sunday April 9th AND and Sunday April 23rd .Gregg will be on hand at both shows to share insights and inspirations behind compositions. Each show will feature renown artists who will perform a variety of tunes from Gregg’s books. There will be refreshments and Gregg will have both books on hand for purchasing personally signing. Both  Shows are free and open to the public.
